Baer and Nichepor Farms was established on the family farm of Milton and Mildred Baer, north of Ness City in 1935 . Alex and Stephanie Nichepor (daughter of Milton and Mildred) moved home to Ness City to help on the family farm in 1972. Milton and Alex saw the
benefits of Certified Seed Wheat not only for themselves but for their neighbors first hand, so in 1980 they decided to grow and sell Certified Seed Wheat.

Baer and Nichepor Farms is now managed by Stephen Nichepor and Alexis Nichepor (sons) and overseen by Alex and Stephanie Nichepor. With the eagerness to grow and continually improve, Stephen and Alexis are always inquiring on new seed genetics, treatment and
farming practices to keep them on the cutting edge of technology.
